A couple weekends ago I worked a banquet at my school for the president of Marist College (our neighbor). The event was a full days work but it was a good time. We did all the food out of a couple of the kitchens at school, here are a couple pictures:

those might not look like much, but the first few hours were spent weighing out and rolling atleast 600 .5 ounce baby donuts. I think the recipe was from our baking and pastry book, I’ve got to hold on to that

those are the baby leeks they used on the main course. they were adorable and delicious
