earlier in the week we made danishes, and they were actually pretty good. they are rich and yummy but not obnoxiously sweet.

These guys were covered in a thin layer of almond paste filling, sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar, raisins & crushed walnuts and then they were rolled up, sliced & baked. Right out of the oven they were quickly brushed with an apricot glaze & a simple glaze of milk + powdered sugar
